PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a peeling-off part which sufficiently controls a peeling-off end sound to be generated in end of peeling and to provide a fastening system or a throwaway diaper wherein a peeling-off sound to be generated in replacing does not disturb a sleep of a baby or the like. SOLUTION: A peeling-off force within a specific region A, i.e., about 10 mm, from a peeling-off end side edge of a fastening adhesive layer 12 is set at≤1.5 N/25 mm and a peeling-off end sound-decreasing part 15 decreasing a sound in end of peeling-off is provided. The peeling-off force is a peeling-off force from a peeling off treating layer 22 at 180°in peel, 300 mm/min in peeling- off speed, 23°C and 65% RH. The fastening adhesive layer 12a in the peeling-off end sound-decreasing part 15, for example, is composed of a composition different from that of a fastening adhesive layer 12b in another area.
