PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intraregional heat supplement system allowing efficient use of latent heat in a transitional process of phase change from a vapor phase to a liquid phase or from the liquid phase to the vapor phase by installing, in a region, an endless loop having an accumulation region of a liquid (saturation liquid) and a dry gas in a coexisting state of vapor-liquid two phases formed in one component system at a predetermined temperature and under adjusted pressure, and by being fed with the dry gas or the liquid from the accumulation region. SOLUTION: This one-loop single pipe type intraregional heat supplement system is composed of: a one-loop single pipe line 11; and an adjustment part 25 comprising an adjustment tank 16, a gas pressure cooling adjustment means 17, and a gas pressure heating adjustment means 18.
