PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive optical film which is provided with an adhesive layer to stick an optical film to a glass substrate of a liquid crystal panel or the like and is excellent both in reworkable property and in durability. SOLUTION: The adhesive optical film comprises the adhesive layer laminated on a surface of the optical film and is characterized by having the adhesive layer made from a cross-linked product of a composition containing an acrylic polymer with a functional group reactive to isocyanate and with 700,000 or more weight-average molecular weight, a polyhydroxylalkylamine type compound and a polyisocyanate type compound.
