PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To instantaneously report damage occurring to piping during wall construction, promote cancellation of the wall construction, suppress teardown of a wall required for replacement of the piping to the minimum and reduce days and costs required for repair. SOLUTION: A damage report apparatus 10 comprises a connection 11 connected to a base end 1a of the flexible piping 1 attached in the wall of a building H, a pressure supply 12 coupled to the connection 11, and a main box 13 coupled to the connection 11. The pressure supply 12 comprises a pressurization pump 12A as a pressurization means for applying pressure in the flexible piping 1, a pressure gauge 12B for confirming a state of the pressure applied by the pressurization pump 12A, and a blockage valve 12C for maintaining the state of the applied pressure after the pressure is applied in the flexible piping 1. After the flexible piping 1 is installed, the pressure supply 12 maintains the state of the applied pressure in the piping, a pressure sensing part in the main box 13 senses deterioration of the pressure in the piping, and a report means reports the deterioration when the damage occurs to the piping.
