PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preventing refuse-derived fuel (RDF) from sticking. SOLUTION: The method for preventing the RDF from sticking comprises the following practice. After removing malshaped RDF and/or crushed RDF, the remaining RDF is stored in an ambience of <90%, preferably≤80% in relative humidity. A system for this method includes a unit 28 for removing the scrap RDF mentioned above upstream of RDF storage equipment 12, and the equipment 12 has an air conditioner 16 for controlling the humidity in the RDF stored so as not to exceed a specified level while always monitoring the humidity.
