PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm water washing toilet seat device preventing occurrence of the turbulent flow on the secondary side of an electric fan in a deodorizer. SOLUTION: The warm water washing toilet seat device is so constituted that the electric fan 230 and an exhaust port 144 are arranged in parallel with each other to prevent the formation of an curved section in a channel.
