PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric blower which effectively cools a rectifier and the periphery thereof, and maintains an appropriate rectifying function. SOLUTION: An armature 22 is arranged freely to rotate inside of a stator 21 with a clearance S for flowing air between the stator 21. A fan 40 of a fan part F for blowing air to the clearance S is connected to one end of a rotary shaft 22a of the armature 22. The rectifier 23 is fitted to an opposite side of the rotary shaft 22a in relation to the fan 40. A brush device 24 is arranged, while pushing a brush 25 to the rectifier 23. An air guide 32 for guiding the air passed the clearance S toward the rectifier 23 is provided in a downwind side of the clearance S. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
