PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make miniaturization compatible with the prevention of 'vignetting' of electronic flash light in an image pickup device with a built-in stroboscopic device. SOLUTION: The stroboscopic mechanism 10 incorporated in a main body housing 3 equipped with a lens 2 is equipped with a stroboscope main body 11 housed along the periphery part of the housing 3 and a shaft 12 for rotatably supporting the main body 11.
