PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for stably producing a nitrogen-containing organic compound having an SiH group and excellent storage stability. SOLUTION: A nitrogen-containing organic compound (A) having at least two carbon-carbon double bonds reactive with the SiH group in one molecule is continuously added to a compound (B) having at least two SiH groups in one molecule when reacting the component (A) with the component (B) in the presence of a hydrosilylation catalyst (C) to provide the nitrogen-containing organic compound having the SiH group.
