PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door sash assembly without the need for a fixture at the time of assembling, reducing the number of steps of assembling and realizing cost reduction. SOLUTION: The door sash assembly comprises a door sash made of a light alloy and supporting a door glass and a belt line reinforce 103 of which one end is mounted to a lower front part side of the door sash by welding and the other end is mounted to a lower rear part side of the door sash by welding respectively. A first hole 115 and a second hole 117 are formed on the belt line reinforce 103 and a first projection 123 and a second projection 125 fitted/ fixed to the first hole 115 and the second hole 117 are formed on a front bracket 105 at the door sash side.
