ANTISTATIC COVER FILM

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an antistatic cover film which is equipped with an antistatic property, heat-sealing properties and transparency and little in permeation of moisture. SOLUTION: The antistatic cover film has an antistatic layer on both surfaces of a laminated body wherein a metallic oxide is formed on at least one side surface of a polyester film and a heat sealing layer comprising a thermoplastic resin of≥60°C in melting point is formed on the metallic oxide layer, a light transmittance of≥80%, and has a water vapor permeability is≤3 g/m2/24 hr and a surface resistance value of≤1012Ω/square.
