PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic kneaded molding which has excellent cracking resistance and fatigue resistance. SOLUTION: The hydraulic material kneaded molding consists of two or more kinds of an A group of organic short fibers and a B group of organic short fibers with different fiber diameters and lengths. The fiber length of the A group of organic short fibers is longer than the fiber length of the B group of organic short fibers is satisfied. The organic fibers A and the organic fibers B are contained in a mixed ratio satisfying A:B=70:30 to 10:90. As for each fiber kind, the effective side area of the fibers in the hydraulic kneaded molding is≥9,000 mm<SP>2</SP>. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
