PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for replenishment steam controlling a pressure fluctuation of a main system to execute stable operation, and suppressing a big fluctuation of a power generating amount. SOLUTION: In this control method for the replenishment steam, intermittent steam is supplied from an intermittent steam system 12 wherein steam generation is intermittent to the main steam system 15 with a plurality of steam use devices 13, and the replenishment steam is supplied to the main steam system 15 from a replenishment steam system 17 provided with a power generating means 26 sucking steam generated in a replenishment steam generator 16 and the replenishment steam generator 16 when pressure of intermittent steam supplied from the intermittent steam system 12 lowers. The pressure of the replenishment steam of the replenishment steam system 17 is controlled to a prescribed value by steam extraction amount of a power generating means 26 provided in the replenishment steam system 17, and the power generation amount fluctuation of the power generating means 26 within a prescribed time is controlled by adjusting a generation amount of the replenishment steam from the replenishment steam generator 16.
