PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief valve 31 used for a water supply pipe 1 or the like of a toilet with a small number of part items and a comparatively simple structure, and properly exhibiting relief function. SOLUTION: In a valve body a packing 32 having a seal lip is mounted in a direction so that the seal lip is opened by pressure to release the pressure.
