PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent vibration of a baffle plate without causing expense or work to prevent generation of vibration noise and fatigue breakage. SOLUTION: In this structure of a baffle plate 5, a folded part 10 is formed at the front end of the baffle plate 5 installed in the bottom part of a casing 2 of a transmission 1; a fitting slot 11 for fitting the folded part 10 of the baffle plate 5 is formed in the lower part of a front-side partition wall 8 of the casing 2; and the folded part 10 of the baffle plate 5 is fitted into the fitting slot 11 of the partition wall 8 of the casing 2.
