ASSEMBLING METHOD OF TOROIDAL STEPLESS SPEED CHANGE GEAR FOR VEHICLE AND STEPLESS VARIABLE SPEED CHANGE GEAR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost by making it possible to start a vehicle without an idling for making a change gear ratio capable of starting before mounting thereof to the vehicle after assembling thereof. SOLUTION: Power rollers 6 and 6 are imposed between each disk 2 and 2 at input side and disk 5 and 5 at output side so that the change gear state between both the disks 2 and 5 themselves becomes the maximum deceleration state. Therefore, the problem can be solved by dispensing with an excessive process because the vehicle can be immediately started even mounting thereof to the vehicle as it is. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
