PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a urethane-based thermoplastic elastomer excellent in molding processability, oil resistance, scratch resistance and flexibility, a thermoplastic elastomer resin composition containing the thermoplastic elastomer and a molded material of the same composition. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic elastomer composition contains (A) 50-90 wt.% urethane-based thermoplastic elastomer, (B) 5-45 wt.% polar group- containing thermoplastic elastomer composition and (C) 5-45 wt.% thermoplastic elastomer, and its molded material is also provided.
