PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biochemical analyzer capable of measuring a plurality of specimens, being operated by a full-time operator corresponding to multifunction and being simply handled without operation miss even by a non full-time operator not familiar with the operation. SOLUTION: The analyzer is equipped with a detachable cover 80 for simple operation to hide unnecessary operation keys in usual measurement operation on an interface 7 having a plurality of operation keys 72-79. Or, display of the interface having a plurality of operation buttons displayed on an external computer's screen may be switched and displayed for simple operation without displaying unnecessary operation buttons in the usual measurement operation. When an inexperienced non full-time operator uses, operable functions are limited so that usual analysis operation can be done without hesitation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
