PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curing type silicone rubber composition to be applied on the surface of a metal or resin belt material of a toner fixing belt for a copying machine, a laser beam printer, a facsimile or the like to form a silicone rubber layer by heating and curing so that a fixing belt having no peeling on the adhesion interface even for long term use can be obtained because of firm adhesion and to provide a fixing belt using the above composition and a method for manufacturing the belt. SOLUTION: The liquid addition curing type silicone rubber composition for a fixing belt contains: (a) alkenyl group-containing organopolysiloxane; (b) organohydrogen polysiloxane having two or more hydrogen atoms coupled to silicon atoms in one molecule; (c) a platinum-based catalyst; (d) an inorganic filler; and (e) an adhesiveness imparting component.
