PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold generation system wherein further energy saving, cost reduction and high accuracy are realized by effectively using generated cold, in an integrated cold generation system having refrigeration cycles for a plurality of different thermal loads. SOLUTION: This cold generation system is composed of: a first refrigeration cycle having a refrigeration showcase 1, a refrigerating machine 3 for refrigeration, and a refrigerant circulation system 3 for circulating a refrigerant through them; a second refrigeration cycle having at least a refrigeration showcase 4, an over-cooling heat exchanger 14, a refrigerating machine 6 for cold storage, a refrigerant circulation system 5 for circulating the refrigerant through them; a static type ice heat storage tank 11 for housing a heat storage medium to store cold; a refrigeration cycle 10 for heat storage sharing a condenser and a compressor with the second refrigeration cycle for generating cold stored in the storage tank 11; and a heat storage medium circulation system 15 for circulating the heat storage medium in the order of the condenser 3, the heat exchanger 14, a static type ice heat storage tank 13 and the storage tanks 11.
