<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer combining with a cyclic amide compound and catalyzing the hydrolysis thereof, an analysis method using the same, a kit and a sensor. <P>SOLUTION: A polymer catalyzing the hydrolysis of the cyclic amide compound such as creatinine or hydantoin is earnestly examined, as a result, the polymer combining with the cyclic amide compound and catalyzing the hydrolysis is provided. The testing substances react together using the polymer as a catalyst and a compound generated by the hydrolysis of the substances is measured, as a result, the cyclic amide compound can be measured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
