PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily operable massager capable of giving a proper massage responding to a treatment portion. SOLUTION: The massager is provided with a chair body 2, a massage unit 12 treating each treatment portion of a human body, a driver 50 driving the massage unit 12, a unit moving mechanism 21 moving the massage unit 12, a control part 57 controlling the driver 50 and the unit moving mechanism 21 and a remote controller 60. The remote controller 60 has a plurality of operation buttons 69-74 specifying a treatment portion. The control part 57 carries out massage control of operating the massage unit 12 when the operation buttons 69-71 are operated during stoppage of the massage unit 12, and position control of adjusting a position of the massage unit 12 during operation when the operation buttons 69-71 are operated during massage control operation.
