PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for culturing and producing a green algae Dunaliella, by which the Dunaliella used as a raw material for thalassotherapic raw material that is mild for the skins and the like and can simply be used can efficiently be cultured and produced.

SOLUTION: This method for culturing and producing the green algae Dunaliella is characterized by culturing the green algae Dunaliella in concentrated sea water. Thereby, the Dunaliella which contains glycerol ingredients good for the skins in a large amount and has reinforced anti-inflammatory and antibacterial actions can efficiently be cultured and produced.
