<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three piece solid golf ball designed to exhibit a good feeling of a shot and an excellent carry through achievement of a small spin and a high shot angle at an impact. <P>SOLUTION: This three piece solid golf ball comprises a core (4) to be constituted of a center (1) and an intermediated layer (2) to be formed on the center (1), and a cover (3) to be formed on the core (4). The cover (3) has many dimples on the surface thereof. The center (1) has a diameter of 10-20 mm and a center hardness of 20-90 for the JIS-A hardness scale. The intermediate layer (2) has a surface hardness of 50-65 by the shore D scale. The cover (3) has a shore D hardness of 55-70, a flexural rigidity of≥280 MPa and a thickness of 0.5-2.5 mm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
