PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grilling plate for automatically grilling a spherical material such as a Takoyaki (a grilled dumpling with bits of octopus), preventing the material from jumping out from a grilling hole when grilling the material, and automatically and efficiently grilling up the material. SOLUTION: The desired number of the grilling holes 2, 2 is formed in the grilling plate 1 so that the grilling holes 2, 2 may be formed at a constant distance from the center, and at a constant interval. An opening 3 formed so as to have an adequate width from the radial line Y bonding the center and the center of the grilling hole 2 is formed in each of the grilling holes 2, 2. A forming fragment 9 is fitted to the opening 3 so as to be freely detachable. The edge part 22 at the side which is the opposite face of the opening 3 of the grilling hole 2 and to which a raw material is drawn is formed so as to be backwardly aslant. A cylindrical rotary body 5 is installed in the center of the grilling plate 1, and a protrusion 52 is formed on the rotary body 5.
