PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compressive compacting device for waste plastics with which the work can efficiently be performed when the waste plastics compressed. SOLUTION: A plurality of long holes 15 are bored at a prescribed height position in a casing 2 and also, restraining pieces 16 for restraining the restoration by pushing to the compressed waste plastics, are provided so as to be freely advanced/retreated in the casing 2 through the long holes 15. Then, when a pressing plate 10 for compressing the waste plastics, is descended, the restraining pieces 16 are pressed with the pressing plate 10, and buried into the long holes 15. On the other hand, when the pressing plate 11 for supplementing the waste plastics into an empty space generated with the compression, is ascended, the restraining pieces 16 are projected into the casing 2 by pulling with spring bodies 18, and the waste plastics intended to restore with repulsion force is restrained by pushing down and the empty space for supplementing is surely kept.
