<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly palatable composite texture-type oral ingestion material allowing a user to enjoy three kinds of liquid, elastic and solid textures at the same time. <P>SOLUTION: The composite texture-type oral ingestion material comprises an oily liquid part 3 positioned at the center thereof, a gel-state elastic part 5 containing a plasticizer and enclosing the liquid part 3 and a solid part 7 covering the gel-state elastic part 5, and allows a user to enjoy three kinds of palatability such as liquid, elastic and solid one. The gel-state elastic part 5 encloses the liquid part 3 while containing large quantity of plasticizer so that the oral ingestion material is not deformed by its own weight because of solidity difference between the part 5 and the solid part 7 to maintain its integral form. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
