摘要 PURPOSE: A laser beam generating device for irradiating a laser beam over all directions on a random plane at 360 degrees is provided to maximize the utilization of the laser beam by irradiating one dot-type laser beam to all directions on the random plane at 360 degrees if using a hollow cylindrical prism and to easily and economically make laser lines for horizontal, vertical or all planes by spreading and progressing the laser beam over all directions of 360 degrees. CONSTITUTION: A laser beam generating device for irradiating a laser beam(50) over all directions on a random plane(110) at 360 degrees is composed of a hollow cylindrical prism(100) having a hollow unit and a laser beam generator(40) for vertically transmitting the laser beam to an outer peripheral surface(101) of the prism. The laser beam generator is arranged to irradiate the laser beam over the all directions of the radial random plane of the prism with repeatedly reflecting and transmitting the laser beam on the outer peripheral surface of the prism and an inner peripheral surface(102) of the cylindrical hollow unit. The hollow cylindrical prism is coated to progress the reflection and transmission of the laser beam on the outer and inner peripheral surfaces. The laser beam is reflected and transmitted into and out of a cylinder prism. In addition, the laser beam shot from the laser beam generator is spread and irradiated over all directions for the radial random plane of the prism.
