Water repellent finish for construction - elements

<p>The water repellent finish is produced by exposing the construction elements in a hermetically sealed and heated chamber to the hot vapours of a normally liquid organo-Si cpd. Suitably 0.001-0.01% wt. of the vapours at 100-200 degrees C are present with respect to the weight of the element 5-20 g/m2 of surface of an aqs. 5% emulsion of the organo-Si cpd. being used.</p>
