Disclosed is creating a plastic film, purposed for covering soil for growing plants or for covering a frame with the aim of creating the greenhouse effect, at which at least part of the film was subject to stretching above the limit of stretching thereof prior to covering with it. In the alternative forms the film is subject to additional stretching to create the given drawing of a weakened section in approptiate localized areas of the film. The film can photochemically and biologically degrade to speed up decomposition thereof, when it will be subject to the effect of elements.
