PURPOSE: An apparatus for rotating the gas injection nozzle of a rotary kiln burner is provided to suppress secondary explosion inside the rotary kiln and improve combustion efficiency by preventing flame from bending as ejection holes of outer stream gas ejected from rotary kiln are closed. CONSTITUTION: The apparatus comprises an air supply pipe(142) comprising triple outer pipes formed from the center of the pipe to the outer side of the pipe to sequentially supply inner stream gas, outer stream gas and air at the same time; an outer stream gas supply pipe(152) which is arranged at the inner side of the air supply pipe(142) with being spaced apart from the air supply pipe(142), and the front end of which is more projected than the front end of the air supply pipe(142); an inner stream gas supply pipe(162) which is arranged at the inner side of the outer stream gas supply pipe(152) with being spaced apart from the outer stream gas supply pipe(152), and the front end of which is more projected than the front end of the outer stream gas supply pipe(152); a cylindrical nozzle body(200) which has the same diameter as the outer stream gas supply pipe(152) and is inserted on the outer circumferential surface of the projected front end of the inner stream gas supply pipe(162) so that the cylindrical nozzle body(200) is connected to the outer stream gas supply pipe(152); a fixed ring(220) fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the front end of the inner stream gas supply pipe(162) in the state that the nozzle body(200) is inserted onto the fixed ring(220) as sealing the front end of the fixed ring(220); outer stream gas ejection holes(202) a plurality of which are formed along the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle body(200) with being spaced apart from each other in a certain distance; and a plurality of supports(210) fixed to the outer circumferential surface of the nozzle body(200) and vertically extended to be connected and fixed to the body of rotary kiln.
