MANUFACTURING METHOD OF SUEDE TEXTILE HAVING SHAPE STABILITY AND SUEDE EFFECT

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of suede textile is characterized by using different shrinkage mixed yarn and having excellent shape stability and suede effect. On the different shrinkage mixed yarn, two ingredients conjugate yarn is characterized by having excellent dispersability and having high planting density and uniform plant length. CONSTITUTION: The different shrinkage mixed yarn is comprised of: the two ingredients conjugate yarn(sheath yarn) having 0.001-0.3 denier; a thermoplastic multi filament(core yarn). The mixed yarn is characterized by forming at least 0.3mm of a two ingredients conjugate yarn loop(a) on a surface and having 5-200/m of the loops. The textile is obtained by the steps of: using the different shrinkage mixed yarn as warp and/or weft; weaving a plain weave, a twill weave or a satin weave out of the yarn; heating the weave; reducing the quantity with an alkali; raising and buffing the weave; and then dyeing and heat-setting the textile.
