PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the duplication of the data of the XML format in handling the data of the XML format. SOLUTION: All of elements of the XML format data are selected as a sentence tree elements successively selected as a processed element from child elements just under a route element, with respect to each partial tree, the duplication determining element is selected from the child elements just under the processed element, the sameness of the duplication determining element is judged on each processed element, and the processed element and the duplication determining element are amalgamated when they are same.
