PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developing electrophotographic device capable of securing sufficient transfer efficiency and fixing strength on a printing medium even when pressure applied to the printing medium in the case of performing melt-transfer is slight concerning the transfer and the fixation of a toner image formed on an intermediate transfer body on the printing medium. SOLUTION: A toner image on the intermediate transfer body 3 is heated by a heater 10 incorporated in the transfer body 3 before it is transferred to the printing medium 12 as shown by figure 1, and further a toner solid component on the transfer body 3 is adjusted from 50% to 90% by a solid component ratio adjusting device 8. The image is transferred to the medium 12 through a contact part (melt-transfer part) between the transfer body 3 and a backup roller 4 in such a state, and pressure applied at the contact part at such a time is set to≤1 MPa and bias voltage within the range from 50 V to 5 kV is applied to the transfer body 3 in a direction where the toner is transferred to the medium 12.
