PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid-in mounting device comprising a movable damping plate and a fixed damping plate, and capable of increasing a vertical stroke and damping. SOLUTION: This liquid-in mounting device comprises a cup-shaped container 1 provided with a flange 1A having a mounting hole 1D, a stud 3 formed with a threaded hole for mounting, and mounted on the shaft center of the cup-shaped container 1, a flexible sealing lid 7 for liquid-tightly sealing a clearance between the upper edge of the stud 3 and the upper edge of the cup-shaped container 1, a liquid of high-viscosity 2 enclosed in a chamber formed by the flexible sealing lid 7, the movable damping plate 4 fixed to the other end of the stud 3, the fixed damping plate 10 fixed between the flexible sealing lid 7 and the movable damping plate 4, and a spring member 13 mounted between the bottom face of the cup-shaped container 1 and the movable damping plate 4.
