PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To process the redundant region of a flexible cable without using a holding component or the like by utilizing an internal dead space and to rationalize assembling and maintenance. SOLUTION: An electronic apparatus comprises: a switch body 8 having an operating part 11 protruding from an operating opening 3f in a state parallel with an oblique operating surface 3d relative to a control panel 3 having the surface 3d; a holding bracket member 9 fixed to a switch mounting part 7 in a state that the body 8 is held by a holding part formed in parallel with the surface 3d relative to the panel 3; and a flexible cable 10 for connecting the body 8 to a circuit board 4 mounted at the panel 3 side. The cable 10 is held by intruding the redundant region 14 of the cable from the engaging opening 15 formed at the member 9 into an engaging gap 16 formed between member 9 and the body 8.
