PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastening component that can be easily removed and reused, and is not restricted in a used part. SOLUTION: In this fastening component, an outer polygonal nut 2 is inserted in an inner polygonal and cylindrical clip body 4 provided under a flange 3 having a hole 11 at a center. An engaging hook 13 of a fastened member 21 is upwardly provided outside the side surface of the clip body 4, and a slip-off preventing portion for the nut 2 is downwardly provided inside the surface of the clip body 4. A short cylindrical portion 7 fitted in the hole 11 is provided on the nut 2, and the nut 2 is inserted in the clip body 4 by putting the short cylindrical portion 7 in an upper side. A screw of a shaft 24 of the bolt 23 inserted in a lower hole of an installing component 22 is screwed with a female screw 5 of the nut 2 through the hole 11 of the flange 3 to fix the installing component 22 to the fastened member 21.
