Topical compsns. comprise >=1 vitamin of the B gp., e.g. riboflavin or nicotinamide, and >=1 anti-inflammatory antiallergic steroid, e.g. hydrocortisone, and an excipient. Useful in cosmetic sun-tan preparations and for treatment of erythema and pruritus.
