<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coved ceiling which is preferable to formation of a double ceiling structure. <P>SOLUTION: The coved ceiling consists of first and second ceiling portions which are different in vertical height, and a coved portion connecting both the ceiling portions to each other, and it is mounted on a skeleton, to thereby divide a space enclosed by the skeleton into an attic space located at an upper location of the space, and an interior space located at a lower location of the same.
