摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock control circuit, a data transfer control apparatus and an electrical device for achieving low power consumption by simplified oscillation control and clock supply control. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation circuit 312 generates reference clocks for clocks to be supplied to each part of the control apparatus. At a clock output control circuit 320, clock commands are decoded by a clock command decoder 328 to perform the oscillation control to an oscillation circuit 312. The control apparatus including a clock control circuit 300 performs data transfers as a host or a peripheral under a state that the control apparatus is set on a first device operable with a self power supply or on a second device operable with a bus power supply. Under the state being set on the second device and when being in an idle state, the control apparatus stops an oscillating operation of the oscillation circuit 312. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p>
