<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing method and an information processing system used in the same, capable of allowing a customer to properly and efficiently refer to the customer's trouble information and advice information by utilizing the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: This information processing system comprises a server computer 2 for receiving and distributing the information through the Internet 1, and a user terminal 3 capable of being connected to the server computer 2 through the Internet 1, the server computer 2 comprises a trouble information processing means 4 for processing the trouble information from the customer, and an advice information processing means 7 for processing the advice information responding to the trouble, and the database 5 configurated by the trouble information and the advice information can be retrieved from the user terminal 3 on the basis of at least four kinds of items, that is, by the kind of troubles, the kind of purposes, the kind of items and the kind of keywords. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
