<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process data monitoring device which does not require H/W of network and allows monitoring of the process data from a CPU in operation without reducing a speed of access to a PIO from the CPU. <P>SOLUTION: CPUs and PIOs of a plurality of plant controllers are connected by a bus. The device comprises an I/F 31 for a CPU of the first plant controller, an I/F 32 for a CPU of the second plant controller, an I/F 34 for PIO of the first plant controller, a memory 33 to store process data of the first plant controller and a connecting means to connect these. The process data of the first plant controller entered through the I/F and stored in the memory are read out from the CPU of the second plant controller through the I/F for the CPU of the second plant controller and monitored. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
