PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase torque, while reductions in size and thickness are maintained. SOLUTION: A cylindrical magnet 14 is arranged in a cylindrical space formed of three surfaces of the cylindrical part 112 of the first fixed yoke 11, a plate-like extending part 111 and the salient pole 122 of a second fixed yoke 12 at substantially predetermined narrow intervals to the part 111, the part 112 and the part 111 and the pole 122. Further, the magnetization direction of the magnet 14 is parallel with the plane for connecting a first ridge line to the second ridge line, facing the first ridge line formed of the two surfaces of the cylindrical surface of the part 112 and the magnet 14 facing the plane of the part 111.
