PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photothermographic imaging material excellent in antistatic performance without deteriorating visible light transmittance and excellent also in fog, sensitivity, raw stock preservability, light resistance and silver tone. SOLUTION: In the photothermographic imaging material having a photosensitive layer comprising photosensitive silver halide grains, an organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder on a support and a photosensitive layer protecting layer on the photosensitive layer and having a back coating layer on a side of the support opposite to the side with the photosensitive layer, a dendrimer compound havingπelectron conjugated systems linked by a nitrogen or oxygen atom is contained.
