PURPOSE: Provided is a manufacturing method of herbal medicine-contained artificial stone plates, applied to stone beds and thermotherapy offering beneficial effects on the human bodies. CONSTITUTION: The artificial herbal stone plates are manufactured by the following steps of: (i) preparing a mixture of stone powder, steamed glutinous rice, and herbal medicine by mixing 55wt.% of stone powder with 10wt.% of steamed glutinous rice for adhesion, and adding 35wt.% of concentrated herbal medicine obtained by mixing blood-activating herbs(carthamus tinctorius, liqusticum), antiphlogistic herbs(gardenia seeds, schizandra chinensis baillon) and cancer-preventing herbs(houttuyniae herba) in a ratio of 25 : 25 : 50, dissolving the mixture in water, and concentrating; (ii) extruding the mixture to be an emulsion; (iii) pressing and drying in the shade.
