PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-processor device capable of uniformly dispersing the load as a whole without preparing a processor exclusively used for dispersing the load. SOLUTION: In ST201, the M-th processor acquires a CPU use ratio AM of the M-th processor written in a CPU use ratio recording part 102 and a CPU use ratio AL of the L-th processor (wherein after 'the L-th processor' of the lowest CPU use ratio among the whole (N-1) processors. In ST202, the M-th processor judges whether AM>AL is satisfied to not. The M-th processor processes the command inputted thereto in ST203, when the AM>AL is not satisfied in ST202. The M-th processor transmits the command inputted thereto to the L-th program in ST204, when AM>AL is satisfies in ST202. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
