PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for an internal-combustion engine capable of controlling the state of fuel injection both for a degradation of the exhaust gas property and the dilution of the fuel resulting from fuel attachment to the piston top surface and the inside surface of each cylinder flexibly in compliance with the actual degree of their ill influence upon the engine. SOLUTION: When the cooling water temperature THWST upon starting the engine and the suction air amount cumulated value GASUM after the engine is started are equal to or less than their respective specified values (Steps S110 and S120), the counter value of the degree of dilution C is counted up (Step S130). On the condition that C is equal to or greater than the specified value CH (Step S140), the fuel dilution generation Flag is set to 'ON' (Step S150).
