PURPOSE: Provided are a core for paper diaper having reinforced form stability and anti-aggregation function, which is positioned at the center of the diaper so as to absorb an excrement, and a method for producing the same. CONSTITUTION: The diaper comprises a core having predetermined thickness and streamline shape including rectangle, which comprises a super absorbent polymer and a cotton pulp in order to absorb a moisture; a non-woven fabric contacting with skin, which is a surface of the core; and a back sheet which accepts the core and the non-woven fabric and forms a form of entire diaper, wherein the core is produced by heat-treating a composition of bi-component synthetic fiber(22) or cellulose fiber(21) and super absorbent polymer(SAP)(20).
