<p>The invention relates to a method for producing patterns of physical, chemical and/or biochemical structures on a carrier by means of a local transfer of electrons and/or energy from the nanostructures on the carrier. According to said method, said transfer is induced by selective excitation of the plasmons in the nanostructures. The excitation of the plasmons occurs in an especially electrical manner by means of electromagnetic radiation and/or electron radiation.</p> |
