A fastener, comprising a bolt (3), a nut (2), and a washer (1), wherein a bolt through hole (5) with a diameter larger than the nominal diameter of the bolt (3) is provided in the base part (4) of the washer (1), a conical tubular piece (6) reduced in diameter toward the axial upper side of the bolt is erectedly provided around the bolt through hole (5), the conical tubular piece (6) of the washer (1) having, therein, a segmental slit continued to the base section (4) and the conical tubular piece (6) is reduced in diameter by the tightening of the nut (2) and the bolt (3), and the conical tubular piece (6) is fitted to the conical hole part (10) of the nut (2) to holdingly bind the conical tubular piece (6) between the bolt (3) and the nut (2), whereby the bolt (3) can be strongly formed integrally with the nut (2) through two types of integration routes in the direction perpendicular to the axis of the bolt and the axial direction of the bolt to reasonably realize the large effect of locking.
